PCWorld Review: Droid Earns 90/100 Rating
Posted by admin in Droid Reviews on November 4, 2009
PCWorld’s review of the Motorola Droid lauded the Droid’s high-resolution screen and “snappy Web browsing.”
Reviewer Robert S. Anthony writes that the Droid provides excellent call quality for both parties to a call.
Anthony was also impressed with the exceptional integration between the Droid and accessories like the car-window dock and tabletop dock.
A “powerful new competitor” to the iPhone, PCWorld gives the Motorola Droid a score of 90/100.
The full review of the Droid can be read at PCWorld’s website.
PCMag: “Verizon’s Droid Data Plan Cheaper Than You Think”
Posted by admin in Droid News on November 4, 2009
There has been quite a bit of confusion about how much the data plans for the Droid will cost users. Apparently, the confusion stems from misconception of how Verizon defines “business.”
As PCMag explains, if you’re just a single user, doing personal things with your Droid (including Facebook, personal business, Microsoft Exchange, whatever), you pay the $30/month personal plan.
If your Droid is bought and used by a legitimate, registered business, Verizon will charge the $45/month.
